Very quick turnaround, entry to exit 10 mins for labs

I a convert to this new era subscription based healthcare system. the staff is very good and the tech is great. the fact that i can get answers to medical things i am wondering about 10 minutes after i ask (via the app chat feature) is unprecedented. i will continue to use forward. i really do love the service and the detailed data.

Initial experience was impressive. the first appointment that took place over video was informative and insightful and has lead to various tests and further appointments to improve my health. i am hopeful that they will all be as valuable as my first impression.

Went for my first baseline visit on new years eve. the care team and process was better than expected. dr. nusairee was great, first time a dr. took the time, over an hour, she explained everything and took the time to make sure i understood what they can and can't do. my test results were back during my visit and she made me feel like she and the staff really cares. i had some questions and concerns about another issue during the weekend and got responses back within minutes after sending the messages. so far very impressed with forward, you just need to understand what they can do for you...its a great alternative and addition to my health care. i highly recommend it

This is wonderful and so very thorough. dr. kennedy is amazing. she never made me feel rushed, always seems like she is interested, very open and kind. the last time i asked my pcp from montage a question she informed me i was her “most difficult and challenging client.” i was taken aback. dr. kennedy welcomed all questions and provided me with so much information. i can’t stress how wonderful it was to have a doctor and facility that believes you should advocate for your own good health and facilitates the advocacy!!! everyone should do this!!! i recommend this very highly!!!

[parking info very bottom] amazing 7+ star primary care state of the art office. dr mona kennedy is very kind and helpful. the experience is futuristic with a seamless walk through from ipad login -> body scanner -> 1-on-1 private room. the front staff person was very friendly and helpful as well. this san jose location is just like the san francisco forward location with a very well thought out design and futuristic feel. overall, primary care that is fast and professional high quality from top notch doctors. having all your medical data in your hand through the app makes you feel in control of your health especially monitoring your immune system vitamin d levels etc. this forward location has free parking or even valet parking since it is located at valley fair mall. i find the san jose office to be less hectic and free parking in the garages. pro tip after appointments if you go to san jose location walk to santana row and new apple and lucid motor (has vr) stores also. (located in front between the new apple store and cheesecake factory) [park in the back with free parking garages not sure if the front has parking probably not reserve for valet parking] {safest bet is to park in parking garages}
