I recently signed up for Forward and had a baseline visit (I.e. the first visit). The experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. Blood results are provided during the session and the doctor took time to review the results and to discuss strategies and protocols for optimisation. All in all it took 1 hour. Very pleased so far.

My visit definitely lived up to the hype. I felt comfortable, heard, and excited to get a handle on my health with the help of the doctor I ended up being assigned to. It's crazy how it worked out.

Dr K and the staff at Forward La Jolla are excellent! Great communication from beginning….to ongoing! So far I’ve seen the doctor, received updates on my initial visit/blood draw results, and got up to date on all vaccines suggested for my age (68). Thank you!

Amazing......loved the fact that I didn't to wait for my results. Loved how the doctor explained everything to me and I could actually see everything on the app as well. The doctor didn't keep me waiting for hours like in the regular doctor's office.

Great experience. Appointments are a full hour so there is ample time to discuss questions in detail. Dr. Buffington is friendly, caring and knowledgeable.

Did my homework and due diligence by investigating the founder and CEO of forward as a special project manager for Google Mr. Adrian Aoun plus all the software coders from Google, Uber etc. a team well visioned that make FORWARD possible. My experience at Forward is that is a brief, concise right to the point of the matter, straight forward of what I was told to improve the quality of my health experience Dr. Lam to take action right away and the rest of the persons I called their welcoming as "fanatics of customer satisfaction/service." They are professional. I work in the IT world and felt familiar with the environment of the facilities like if I was at home. I think forward is not like the traditional medical industry to focuses on the contrary to the medical industry but in the person, so we call it that FORWARD is revolutionizing the industry as the HEALTH INDUSTRY totally opposite to how it is now, FORWARD is focused on us getting better in how to treat and care our bodies and metal health better.

I was intrigued by a place that actually would use my health tracking info, and whose philosophy was helping you to stay healthy as opposed to keeping you from getting sick. I was a bit hesitant when I read the posts from people a couple of years ago with negatives about the app and the billing dept. But my visit was great. I keep telling people that I actually got to spend 40 minutes with a doctor! One of the ways I'm putting this in the budget is by using my FSA. And, when I asked for a receipt that I could submit, I received a prompt reply and a promise that I would receive those receipts in the mail each month. I've had several conversations online with my care team, and they are following up with the care plan that my doctor and I came up with. It's early days. But so far, so good.

I wasn’t sure how the baseline would go or how I would enjoy forward since it’s something very new as far as what I’m used to with health care. The facility was very state of the art but comfortable. The nurse and the lady who checked me in were very friendly and social. I felt welcomed immediately. My doctor was AMAZING. She sat and listened to my concerns and went through it with me, making a detailed plan of what we will tackle first and how we will do it. All of that plan was loaded to the forward app within the same day so I always have access. I love that I can message my care team and actually get a response, at any time or the day or night. Everything feels streamlined and efficient. The day after my baseline, they already had my prescriptions set up and my speciality doctor referral done. THIS is now healthcare should be. Connected and empowering. Can’t recommend forward enough.

I went for my first appointment (baseline visit) on 10/28/21. The staff were nice and the process was smooth. My designated primary care doctor, Dr. Nusairee was great, she answered all my questions and took the time explaining in details all my concerns. It was a great experience, and never felt I was rushed. The visit lasted an hour and was better as expected compared to traditional health care setting. I had some questions after the visit, and get some answers quickly from the care team. I am very impressed so far with Forward. It’s a great alternative and addition to my existing health insurance.

Very thorough analysis and service. A battery of tests revealed a high LDL level I need to deal with by adjusting my diet. The doctor was very concerned about protecting my heart proactively. There was lots of face time with the doctor. He was available until I ran out of questions.

So far I'm extremely happy with my experience at Forward. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to be proactive about their health.

I've had a great experience with Forward so far. I love the way they get results back to me during the visit and are responsive to my questions 24/7. It's really wonderful that they've made my chart a collaborative experience- I can see what's being charted in real-time and if anything was missed or misunderstood we can correct it during the visit. It's great how much they care about mental health too. Forward is a great primary care provider.

Sleek and modern facility, very well designed for privacy amd efficient care. Friendly and professional staff greet you and escort you through their process, always taking the time to explain what’s going on and why. The doctors are similarly disposed, clearly guiding you through their process and the reasoning behind their decisions and recommendations. All in all, it makes for a refreshing and pleasant experience, very much unlike most medical facilities I’ve been to.

Had a great visit. I signed in, My vitals were taken by the machine, and blood work was done in minutes and I had a great time communicating with the doctor who was focused on me all the time because he did not have to sit behind a terminal to take notes. Loved it!

Love the interactive approach and using technology to re-invent the traditional laborious doctors office. Great follow up after my appointment on my prescription and centralizing my medical records from other medical procedures.

Great location, care team was par excellence. I'm looking for some key improvements over the next six months to see if I'll stick around or not: App experience on Android is pretty substandard for the value prop, no integrations with Garmin or Lose It app, had to choose between scheduling follow ups with someone other than my primary or wait two months, which is pretty similar to what I just left behind. Other aspects of the experience delight though (real-time transcription, caring staff, concierge app experience), and if they make the right investments early enough, I think Forward will revolutionize medical care in a way that is desperately needed. Even with the significant kinks at launch, I already feel cared for in a way that I've never experienced in this domain.
